B2B Sales Representative – Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Seven Gold Strategies LLC Robbinsville, NJ 08691 • Hybrid work Overview We are seeking a driven and personable B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will represent a portfolio of high-demand consumer goods to a network of retail accounts across New Jersey. You will be responsible for building relationships, growing account revenue, and hitting monthly sales targets in a fast-paced and exciting industry. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of retail accounts within an assigned territory Conduct in-person sales visits, calls, and follow-ups with buyers and store managers Educate clients on product features, pricing programs, and promotional strategies Execute reorder campaigns, drive sell-through, and increase customer retention Report weekly activities, wins, and market insights to management Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fulfillment, onboarding, and support

What We’re Looking For:

1+ years of experience in field sales, account management, or wholesale distribution Proven ability to build relationships and close deals in-person Strong communication, organization, and CRM skills Coachable, competitive, and motivated to grow in a performance-based role Comfortable traveling within NJ territory regularly (reliable vehicle required)
