We’re seeking outgoing, self-motivated individuals with strong people skills who are excited to build relationships, grow professionally, and be part of something bigger than themselves. No healthcare experience required. Training provided.
Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Business Development Representative, you will represent Vitality Hospice in your local community, building awareness about hospice and palliative care services. You’ll engage with senior living communities, hospitals, physicians’ offices, and the public to grow brand awareness and connect patients and families to the care they deserve.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and maintain positive relationships with professionals and community members Educate others on hospice and palliative care services and how we help patients and families Identify outreach opportunities and contribute to increasing patient access to care Represent the Vitality brand at community events, educational presentations, and networking functions Partner with our internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of care Track outreach activity and results through CRM tools
What We’re Looking For:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills A friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Comfortable working independently and in the field Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance No prior healthcare experience necessary — we provide comprehensive onboarding and training.
