Opportunity We are currently working with a Pharmaceutical SalesSolutions company seeking a Business Development Specialist who isself-driven and has a deep desire to serve, lead, and consistentlydeliver value to members of our company. The Business DevelopmentSpecialist will be responsible for supporting the BusinessDevelopment Team and assisting in growing sales through outboundcalls and emails for solid customer relationship building. TheBusiness Development Specialist will help in the implementation andimprovement of a lead generation strategy to develop a consistentand predictable flow of inbound leads for Business Development. TheBusiness Development Specialist will work with the guidance of theBusiness Development Director (BDD) and report directly to the BDD.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify ideal prospects and develop newbusiness via phone and email communications Strategically identifynew prospects using LinkedIn, Google and provided prospects listsand databases Provide competitor insights Identify and recommendopportunities to optimize products and services offerings Deliversprepared sales talks, based on training that describe products andservices Continually provides feedback to sales managementregarding customer needs and suggestions Works to obtain names andtelephone numbers of potential customers from various industrysources Follow up on leads Work with the BD team to develop andgrow sales to meet quarterly revenue goals Obtains requiredinformation and updates all records appropriately Create andmanager Email blast/email automation Manage data for new andprospective clients within a CRM, logging all communications andproviding accurate documentation and information Develop marketingmessages
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in lead generationand prospecting Experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in for atleast 1-2 years Top-notch verbal and written communication skills Aproven track record of building and maintaining strong clientrelationships Excellent project management skills Thoroughknowledge of CRM software Knowledge of thepharmaceutical/healthcare industry a plus

FullTime Position Location – Remote/Work-from-home (May have to comeinto the office occasionally) Compensation – Base SalaryPerformance based incentives
