What You’ll Do:
Guide customers through the purchase of new and pre-owned vehicles, including luxury models Deliver a top-tier showroom and test drive experience Prospect and follow up with new and existing clients Build long-lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service Manage CRM tasks, email, phone, and internet leads with consistency Collaborate with managers on pricing, leasing, and purchase offers Maintain updated knowledge of products, features, services, and financing options Represent the dealership with professionalism and pride
Requirements:
18 years of age or older Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Familiarity with luxury brands and clientele is preferred Basic computer and phone skills Spanish-speaking a plus
