Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for a strong 1 Call Closer with excellent negotiation and presentation skills to run 2-3 qualified appointments per day. Very strong Presentation skills to conduct in-home sales presentations to potential clients, explaining the benefits of our services and how we can solve their home improvement needs. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, becoming the go-to advisor for all their roofing, siding, and gutter needs. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients. Collaborate with our team to achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth and success. Self-motivated with a drive to succeed. Must have past experience with in home 1 call close sales Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections. Professional appearance and demeanor. Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce). Responds to customer requests in a timely manner.

Preferred:

Prior experience in Roofing (we offer higher commissions to reps with experience!) Wants to grow, doesnt want to just be a sales rep and/or only do roofing.
