POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Specialist to support our client’s growing Sales team. This role is critical in optimizing sales processes, managing data and reporting, and ensuring the sales organization runs efficiently and effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SALES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Maintain and optimize CRM systems (e.g., SAP), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Develop and distribute regular sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts for leadership.
Support sales planning, territory alignment, and quota setting processes.
Prepare, review, and process expense reports following company guidelines.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS FOR THE SALES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
3+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a similar analytical role.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree is required.
