We are currently seeking a dedicated Guest Services/Cashier to join our team and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to all guests. Promote and sell memberships, premium animal interactions, gift shop products, birthday parties, and other services. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices Assist with daily operational tasks, such as inventory checks, cleaning, and special events, as needed. Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, ensuring products are stocked and displayed Handle customer concerns with patience and empathy, striving for the best possible resolution. Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets Help in-store visual merchandising and displays to enhance product visibility Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and store policies Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail is required High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or retail experience is a plus A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for creating memorable experiences for others. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of guests. Customer-focused with a passion for helping others A proactive attitude with a focus on sales and upselling. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well in a team environment and take initiative Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
