In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success in this position. Duties Actively engage with customers on the sales floor and provide expert guidance on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing. Conduct outbound sales calls to follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities. Manage inventory effectively by keeping track of stock levels and ensuring that vehicles are presented in an appealing manner. Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory management. Develop marketing strategies to promote vehicle sales and enhance brand visibility within the community. Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and follow-up activities. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall dealership sales goals while providing a seamless customer experience. Experience Previous experience in retail or automotive sales is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proven experience in outbound or outside sales is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with customers.
