• Home Remodeling Pro This is a full-time, W-2 sales position with unlimited potential.

You’ll meet pre-qualified homeowners, deliver powerful in-home presentations, and close high-value deals on roofing, windows, siding, and more. With no commission cap, top performers are earning well over $200,000 per year!

Compensation:

$90,000

• $225,000/year potential Average first-year earnings: $100,000
• $150,000 Bi-Weekly pay + commission + performance bonuses $1,000
• 3,000 commission per sale (no cap!

What You’ll Do:

Present solutions to homeowners that protect, enhance, and add value to their homes Visit scheduled appointments (no cold calling!) Educate customers on product benefits and financing options Close sales with confidence and clarity Build lasting customer relationships that turn into referrals and repeat business Participate in ongoing paid training to sharpen your edge and boost your career

Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including evenings/weekends) A go-getter attitude and self-motivation to win Sales experience and/or home improvement knowledge is a plus, but not required — we train you!
