Construction Outside Sales Representative:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Outside Sales Representative who is passionate about delivering unparalleled customer service and achieving sales excellence. Construction Outside Sales Representative:
Travel within sales territories to meet prospects and customers. Conduct in-home sales presentations to potential clients and effectively communicate the benefits and features of our services including painting, carpentry, and full-scale renovations such as kitchen, bathroom, and addition projects. Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships. Coordinate with the internal team to meet customer expectations and finalize projects. Follow up on leads and conduct field measurements, prepare estimates, and present proposals. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Key Requirements:
Proven work experience as an Outside Sales Representative, with a track record of over-achieving quota. Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and driven with a strong work ethic. Comfortable with technology including proficiency with iPads and sales software. Previous experience in home improvement sales, contracting, or residential remodeling is highly beneficial. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
B2C sales experience Hands-on experience in home improvement projects. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision once training is complete.
