Inside and Outside Sales for Personal Care Ingredients Our client is looking for an outgoing, self-directed, and driven Sales and Business Development Representative who will be responsible for sales and developing new business as well as supporting growth of our existing customers within the cosmetic and personal care industry throughout its region. The company maintains a national presence. Role & Responsibility Development and management of sales and new business within territory in accordance with company projections, meeting benchmark and quotas whilst ensuring YOY growth Identify, develop and execute market opportunities to increase sales of the company’s product portfolio through new sales channels, collaborations, and new initiatives Maintain relationships and increase business in existing accounts through consultative selling and introduction of new ingredients Meet customers face-to-face and deliver presentations to promote products, enhance customer relationships, address any product queries, and ensure we are selling all materials and services on offer Ability to acquire and present in depth knowledge of natural ingredients and integration into cosmetic and personal care formulas Participate in national and regional exhibitions, and initiate promotion actions to expand market penetration through local professional market chapters Requirements College degree or equivalent years of experience in communication, business, marketing. Life science is an advantage Proven track record of several years in sales and new business development 10% overnight travel Valid driver’s license Language•English is a must, Spanish•an advantage Reports to
