Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and responsive Lead Nurturing Specialist to engage with all incoming leads and ensure a seamless, timely, and high-quality follow-up experience. You will be the first point of human contact for leads—responding to inquiries, qualifying prospects, and guiding them through the early stages of the buyer journey. Your primary objective is to build trust, maintain consistent communication, and drive conversions by keeping leads warm and engaged.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Response & Engagement:

Promptly respond to all inbound leads across channels (web forms, email, chat, social media, etc.). Serve as the first human touchpoint in the customer journey, providing clear and helpful responses.

Lead Qualification:

Ask discovery questions to identify needs, budget, timeline, and fit. Qualify leads based on established criteria and pass sales-ready leads to the appropriate team.

Follow-up & Lead Nurturing:

Maintain consistent, personalized follow-up communication with leads over time via email, phone, or messaging platforms. Use templates and automation tools to stay organized while delivering high-touch outreach.

CRM & Data Management:

Accurately document all lead interactions and status updates in the CRM. Ensure no leads fall through the cracks by tracking activity and setting reminders.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and onsite teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads. Share insights and feedback on lead quality, trends, and common questions to help refine messaging and targeting.
