Job Summary:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a crucial role in our business development process, acting as the first point of contact between our law firm and prospective medical provider clients. As an SDR, you will use your exceptional communication skills and persuasive abilities to engage healthcare professionals, educate them on our services, and schedule high-quality appointments with our Account Executives. Success in this role requires motivation, tenacity, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Outreach:
Conduct targeted outreach via phone, email, and other channels to engage medical providers and their office staff, educating them on the benefits of partnering with Ged Lawyers. •
Qualifying Leads:
Research and identify decision-makers, gather information about their pain points, and qualify leads based on specific criteria. •
Scheduling Appointments:
Coordinate and schedule appointments for our Account Executives with qualified medical providers, focusing on maintaining a steady pipeline of high-quality meetings. •
Follow-Up & Nurturing:
Conduct timely follow-up communications to nurture relationships, address any questions or objections, and ensure medical providers are well-prepared for their meeting. •
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, tracking all outreach activities, appointment status, and engagement metrics. • Collaboration with
Account Executives:
Work closely with the Account Executive team to ensure seamless hand-offs and maximize the success of scheduled meetings. •
Performance Metrics:
Meet and exceed monthly appointment targets and quality standards, which directly impact your bonus earnings.
Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles, preferably within the healthcare, legal, or professional services sector. •
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an engaging and professional phone presence. •
Goal-Oriented:
Motivated by setting and achieving goals; thrives on reaching targets and exceeding expectations. • Attention to
Detail:
Ability to manage detailed information, follow processes accurately, and document client interactions in a CRM. •
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using CRM software, appointment-scheduling tools, and email platforms. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus. •

Able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle objections, and adjust strategies based on feedback and evolving needs. •
