Inside Sales Representative Toilets To Go LLC Ringwood, NJ 07456 Job description We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong track record of success in their previous positions. The successful candidate will have the ability to understand customer needs, communicate effectively and also analyze market trends.

Responsibilities:

Respond to quote requests from the online platform with quotes and then close the sale Follow up on quotes and leads with the customers Work with outside sales representatives and our customer service team to identify and secure new customers. Use computer software to track and manage sales orders, contact information, and related data. Confer with customer to determine specific needs and determine best solution for solving the customer’s problem. Qualifications Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Proven experience in customer service and sales Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively Familiarity with B2B sales and telemarketing techniques Proficient in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce Experience in inside sales and technical sales environments Skills in business development and outbound calling strategies
