Junior Sales Representative – Spinal Implantation Windward Management Inc. We are currently seeking a driven and personable Junior Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. Key Responsibilities:

Support senior sales representatives in managing accounts, building client relationships, and executing sales strategies. Assist in the promotion and education of surgeons, hospital staff, and other stakeholders on our spinal implants and systems. Attend spinal surgeries and procedures to provide technical support and product guidance (OR coverage). Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, product development) to ensure customer satisfaction. Track sales activity, report performance metrics, and identify areas for growth. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in medical devices, biotech, or healthcare (internships and co-ops welcome). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Willingness to travel locally (up to 75%) and provide in-person support, including early mornings and occasional weekends. Self-motivated with the ability to learn technical concepts and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Exposure to operating room environments or previous experience in medical sales. Familiarity with orthopedic or spinal devices and clinical terminology.
