We have a unique program where our clients can lease highly desirable pre-owned vehicles with all the advantages of a traditional lease while keeping terms flexible and payments low. We also have a pre-owned sales department which we use to assist in moving off lease vehicles and a few exotic vehicles. We are a group of people that are passionate about cars and want to help more people experience the joys of driving the world’s finest automobiles. The Junior Acquisitions Specialist / Inventory Manger is responsible for maintaining a consistent flow of incoming opportunities for vehicle acquisition for both retail and wholesale markets. This position will also be given guidance as to how to effectively purchase vehicles on their own and eventually taking position as a dedicated Buyer. As a result, this candidate must have a demonstrable track record of success in a similar role and only qualified candidates will be considered. Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills are an absolute must.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with acquisition of vehicles to deliver optimal mix of vehicles offered to the public and other dealers. Interface with Inventory Manager with processes and procedures for sales staff to turn inventory. Assist with ensuring all vehicles are properly reconditioned and interfacing with service personnel to prioritize issues to address. Ability to forecast needs of vehicle subscription clients and work with buyers to acquire desired vehicles. Monitor and understand the pre-owned automobile market for trends in vehicle values. Understand vehicle depreciation and can articulate and act on opportunities to add certain vehicles to subscription fleet. Help maximize vehicle sales through both retail and wholesale markets.

Qualifications:

Willing to learn about inspecting, pricing, acquiring, and reconditioning luxury vehicles as a professional. Demonstrate clear track record of success in the automotive industry or similar sales industry. Effective communication (both verbal and written) skills. Be proficient with Windows 10 operating system. Have some knowledge of luxury pre-owned vehicle business or have an above average amount of general automotive knowledge. Impeccable integrity and tremendous work ethic. Entrepreneurial and out of the box thinker. Must have a clean driving record.
