Weare seeking a dynamic and experienced Outside Sales professional tojoin our team in the Packaging industry. This is a permanentposition in which the successful candidate will be responsible fordriving sales growth in a competitive market. The ideal candidatewill have a proven track record in outside sales, preferably in theengineering sector, and will have expertise in display, packaging,and POP display. This role requires a high level of customerinteraction and you will be expected to build and maintain strongcustomer relationships. If you are a motivated self-starter with apassion for sales and a desire to make a significant impact in agrowing company, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the engineeringsector. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers,understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Presentand demonstrate product offerings to potential clients,highlighting their benefits and features. Prepare and deliver salespresentations and proposals. Meet and exceed sales targets andKPIs. Work closely with the internal team to ensure customersatisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. Stay up-to-datewith industry trends and competitor activity. Participate in tradeshows, conferences, and other networking events to promote thecompany’s products and services.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 yearsof experience in outside sales, preferably in the Packagingindustry. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding salestargets. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strongnegotiation and closing skills. Proficient in display, packaging,and POP display. Ability to build and maintain strong customerrelationships. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellentproblem-solving skills and the ability to handle objectionseffectively. Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
