Duties

• Inform customers about current promotions and discounts
• Handle payments and sales at the checkout
• Ensure the sales area is clean and well-organized
• Gather customer feedback regarding products and their shopping experience, providing insights to management for service improvement
• Handle customer returns and exchanges following company policies, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory process for customers
• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally to maintain a positive shopping experience
• Stay informed about the products available in the warehouse.

Special requirements:
