Your Role:

Guide new and returning patients through treatment plan options with clarity, warmth, and honesty Convert consultations into committed treatment journeys Collaborate with providers to deliver aligned recommendations Track leads, manage follow-ups, and drive sales using our CRM (Go High Level) Hit revenue and conversion targets while upholding our brand’s ethos of integrity and excellence You’re a great fit if you: Thrive in consultative, high-ticket sales environments Have a passion for skincare, aesthetics, or wellness Can simplify complex services and inspire confidence in every conversation Possess strong follow-up habits and CRM experience Are polished, empathetic, and hungry for results
