Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options. Manage inventory effectively, ensuring that the showroom is well-stocked and organized. Utilize retail math skills to assist customers in understanding pricing and financing options. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions using dealership software. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets. Participate in outside sales activities, including community events and promotions, to generate leads. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or automotive sales is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in retail math and inventory management practices. Familiarity with dealership operations and sales management processes is a plus. Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are an advantage. A proactive approach to upselling and customer engagement.
