This role is ideal for a self-starter with a background in home improvement, construction, or design who thrives in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with builders, contractors, and homeowners to provide tailored kitchen solutions that meet both design and functional needs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and residential clients. Conduct in-person or virtual consultations to understand clients’ kitchen needs, preferences, and budget. Recommend product options, cabinetry lines, and layout solutions that align with project goals. Provide accurate quotes, assist with ordering, and oversee the sales cycle from initial contact through delivery. Attend industry events, job sites, or showroom appointments as needed. Collaborate with internal teams (designers, order processing, logistics) to ensure seamless execution. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends, materials, and product specifications. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Prior experience in kitchen sales, home renovation, cabinetry, or a related field. Has an existing book of business and a strong understanding of potential clients to bring on Strong understanding of residential construction and contractor needs. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently on a commission-based structure. Ability to read blueprints or design layouts is a plus
