You will meet with clients, assist in designs, products provide pricing, and support throughout the sales process. Your ability to build relationships and achieve sales goals will be key to your success in this position.
Responsibilities:
Client Meetings:
Meet with clients to discuss design options and select cabinets.
Design Assistance:
Help clients design and purchase in our software.
Sales Goals:
Achieve established sales goals, gross margin expectations, and profitability targets.
Client Support:
Provide ongoing support to clients before and after sales, addressing questions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Client Base Development:
Identify and establish a new client base, including builders, contractors, remodelers, architects, designers, and dealers.
Showroom Management:
Maintain a clean and organized showroom, displaying products and meeting with customers.
Phone Support:
Answer phone inquiries as needed, providing information and assistance to potential clients.
Knowledge Sharing:
Stay informed about woodworking, design, and architecture to provide expert advice to clients. Implement and respond to Social Media marketing programs.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the closet cabinetry industry. Proficiency in design software and a strong understanding of design principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of woodworking, good design, and architecture is a plus.
