We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and focus on developing and managing government accounts.

Job Overview:

As a Government Accounts Sales Representative at Culinary Depot, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence within the government sector. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships, driving sales, and ensuring our solutions meet the unique needs of government clients. Your expertise will help us deliver tailored solutions that enhance the functionality and efficiency of government-operated kitchens.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:

Create and implement sales strategies to penetrate government accounts and achieve revenue targets.

Build and Maintain Relationships:

Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within government agencies.

Identify Opportunities:

Recognize and pursue new business opportunities, including RFPs (Request for Proposals) and bids, to grow our government client base.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and how they align with government needs and regulations.

Proposal Management:

Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to government agencies. Collaborate with

Internal Teams:

Work closely with design, project management, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, government procurement processes, and competitors to effectively position our solutions.

Client Support:

Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and post-sale to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Experience:

Experience in government accounts or the foodservice equipment industry preferred.

Background check:

Ability to successfully pass an extensive background check for Government property access post offer acceptance.

Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Travel:

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend relevant events.

Compensation:

$90,000 – $110,000 per year, plus bonus structure.
