You’ll support research sales representatives by providing expert technical knowledge and product recommendations, ensuring flawless customer interactions and happiness.
Key responsibilities will be:
Develop and maintain effective customer relations within the assigned territory
Implement sales strategies to meet targets and expand business
Provide technical information and recommendations for customer applications
Introduce new products and services to customers
Manage pricing and profitability within the territory
Maintain accurate records and communicate with the supervisor as needed
Keys to

Success:

Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the sciences, M.S. or PhD preferred
Experience
5+ years of sales experience in the research laboratory industry or lab experience
Strong knowledge in Proteomic, Genomic, Gene expression, and tissue culture is preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Excellent interpersonal, oral, written communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and the internet
Organizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel to customer locations
