While healthcare, especially skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), is a core part of their client portfolio, they’re aggressively expanding into other industries. They pride themselves on providing expert, tailored technology strategies that empower businesses to focus on growth — not IT headaches. This isn’t your typical sales gig. We’re looking for a tenacious, skilled sales professional to spearhead growth in low voltage and IT solution sales across multiple sectors. Yes, healthcare experience—especially SNF—is a bonus, but your real edge is your ability to hunt new opportunities beyond that. You’ll handle cold leads, network at industry events, dominate tradeshows, and convert prospects across industries. The role starts in-office for solid training and team immersion, then evolves to remote work once you hit your stride. Lead sales efforts to expand low voltage and IT solution adoption across multiple industries. You will strategically identify, target, and pursue clients in sectors outside healthcare, adapting your pitch to diverse business needs and challenges to maximize market penetration. Proactively manage and convert a heavy volume of cold leads. This requires relentless prospecting through calls, emails, and outreach strategies, converting initial contact into qualified sales opportunities with persistence and professionalism. Represent the company with authority and energy at tradeshows, conferences, and networking events. Your presence will establish the company as a trusted technology partner, enabling face-to-face connection, building relationships, and creating robust pipelines. You must be able to prepare presentations, demo products, and engage diverse audiences confidently. Collaborate with technical and operations teams to tailor complex IT and low voltage solutions. You’ll ensure proposals precisely meet client needs, addressing pain points and illustrating ROI, while helping manage expectations and timelines to close deals smoothly. Build and nurture long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and follow-up. Post-sale support and regular check-ins will drive renewals, upsells, and referrals, positioning you as a trusted advisor rather than just a salesperson. Maintain detailed CRM records and provide accurate sales forecasts and progress reports. Your data-driven approach will help management strategize growth and adjust tactics based on pipeline health and market feedback. Continuously research emerging industries and market trends to uncover new sales opportunities. You will keep an eye on competitor activity and technology advancements, ensuring your sales approach remains sharp and competitive. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and contract closure. Your ability to navigate complex buying processes, address objections, and drive consensus among decision-makers will be key to your success. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in IT, low voltage, or technical solutions environments. You understand the technical landscape and can translate complex concepts into business benefits for clients. Experience or familiarity with skilled nursing facilities (SNF) is advantageous but not required. Your real strength is your ability to adapt and sell across industries, expanding your footprint beyond traditional healthcare clients. Expertise in cold calling and lead generation, with demonstrated ability to build and qualify a robust sales pipeline independently. You thrive on hunting new business and have a disciplined, strategic approach to prospecting. Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proven ability to influence and close deals with senior stakeholders. You’re comfortable speaking confidently in front of groups, at trade shows, and one-on-one with executives. Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. You manage your time efficiently and stay focused on hitting and exceeding your sales goals. Strong networking skills with a history of success at tradeshows and industry events. You know how to build rapport quickly, uncover client needs, and create lasting impressions. Willingness to work in-office initially to fully onboard and integrate with the team, with a plan to transition to remote work based on performance. Valid driver’s license with readiness to travel frequently for client meetings and events. Technical knowledge of IT and low voltage solutions preferred, but a willingness to learn and develop this expertise is acceptable. Competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, with uncapped commissions that reward high performers generously. Health benefits package (details provided during the hiring process).
