Sales Representative MARIONA New Jersey Sales Representative – Mariona THC Beverage Brand (New Jersey) Job Summary Mariona, a sophisticated hemp-derived THC beverage brand, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to help grow our retail presence in New Jersey , starting with a strong focus on northern NJ . The ideal candidate is passionate about cannabis innovation, understands consumer trends, and excels at building relationships with liquor stores, bars, and restaurants. About Mariona Mariona is redefining the THC beverage category as a THC-infused wine alternative crafted for discerning, mindful consumers. With microdosed formulations and refined flavor profiles, our products offer a tasteful, elevated alternative to alcohol. Already available in select stores across New Jersey, Mariona is expanding rapidly, and this role is key to driving new placements, building brand awareness, and supporting in-store tastings. Responsibilities Sell Mariona into liquor stores, bars, and restaurants across northern New Jersey. Conduct cold outreach and in-person visits to secure new placements. Build and maintain relationships with retail buyers and staff. Educate accounts on Mariona’s product benefits, usage, and positioning. Coordinate and support in-store tastings and promotional events. Work with our distributor to check in on current accounts, assist with merchandising, and provide updated collateral or promotional materials. Track sales activity and placements using simple CRM or reporting tools. Represent the brand professionally at events, tastings, and industry functions. Experience & Qualifications Prior experience in beverage, alcohol, or cannabis sales is a strong plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in person and by phone. Self-starter with excellent time management and follow-up skills. Familiarity with NJ liquor retail environment and regulations is preferred. Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
