Call Center Rep – Sales Appointment Coordinator Position Available In Albany, New York

DePaula Chevrolet is looking for ambitious, outgoing professionals to schedule appointments for our sales department. We are willing to train the applicants with the drive and enthusiasm to provide our customers with outstanding service. This is a full time position that involves scheduling appointments using the phone and email.

There are two schedules available:

Tuesday 10am-7pm, Wednesday 10am-7pm, Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 8am-5pm, Sunday and Monday OFF Monday

• Wednesday 10am
• 7pm, Thursday 8am
• 5pm, rotating Friday 9am-6pm/Saturday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

+ Handle all inbound phone appointments and inquiries + Make outbound calls to inform customers of vehicle upgrade options + Work with internet leads to set a proper appointment + Follow-up with customers to improve customer experience

Requirements:

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Must be comfortable speaking on the phone and have a good phone presence + Ability to learn new software + Excellent attendance and punctuality
