This person should love dogs , be outgoing, organized, comfortable with multi-tasking and be a sales & marketing minded individual. As a Front Desk Sales Representative, you are responsible for participating and upholding all front of house initiatives to the highest of standards.

Hourly Rate:

$16.00 to 18.00 based on experience Free Daycare for your pup after 90-day probationary training Free use of spa (Self Service) Paid training and Education in basic dog obedience Career progression based on performance Core Competences & qualifications: Must love dogs! Consistent and timely attendance Strong sales & customer service skills, maintain customer tolerant at all times Understanding and overcoming objections Completion of all E-learning platforms Strive for the highest levels in NPS and phone scores Proper record keeping Ability to make/take phone calls while still assisting lobby Ability to work flexible days and hours, including holidays and weekends Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast paced environment Cross training to support in playroom Canine coach breaks Ability to learn dog recognition

Excellent communicator Outgoing, enthusiastic by nature Detail oriented Quick thinker Emotionally intelligent Fun-loving Strong multitasker Day to Day Duties Managing the check-in and check-out process Consistent pet parent engagement and communication In lobby to prevent cold awkward silence Monitoring phones, emails and voicemails at all times throughout your shift Creating and executing in-store activity calendar, assisting with event preparations (including cooking, prepping food items, arts and crafts, etc) social media & content Initiatives Setting up and participating with outside marketing events Creating Pet Parent Charts, data entry, scheduling spa services, maintaining vaccine records Perform the Meet & Greet evaluation process with the pet parent Educate pet parents on the benefits of Dogtopia and daycare Must be able to make the sale Must be comfortable with upselling packages based on the pups needs Must be comfortable upselling lunch time treats and foundation charity treats Keeping front of house clean and presentable at all times Monitoring playroom cameras to assist the canine coaches as the eye In the sky
