We’re looking for a driven, coachable, and professional in-home sales representative to join our growing HVAC team. If you’re great with people, can close high-ticket items, and want to earn $2,000-$4,000+ per week, this is the opportunity for you. ✅

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Visit residential and commercial properties to assess needs and present solutions
• Conduct site walkthroughs and provide project estimates
• Own the full sales process — from the first meeting through follow-ups and closing
• Use your knowledge of HVAC systems to educate customers and build trust
• Draft and deliver clear, compelling proposals based on customer needs
• Keep detailed notes of client interactions and progress in the sales cycle
• Nurture ongoing relationships with clients and ensure they’re satisfied post-installation

What You Bring:

• Prior experience in HVAC sales, construction, or home improvement is a big plus
• Must have strong people skills and confidence speaking to homeowners and business owners
• Self-starter mindset with a track record of hitting sales goals
• Familiarity with HVAC products and systems is helpful
• Reliable car and driver’s license — you’ll be meeting customers around the NYC metro area
• Comfortable with both residential and commercial environments Main Office is in the bronx.

Compensation Package:

Commission only Uncapped commission
