You will be part of the team enters and processes the orders for our international sales partners!

What You’ll Do:

Provide customer service to dealers and distributors by accepting sales orders and providing status of existing orders Communicate available inventory. Track customer order shipments Communicate with customers to provide dealer and product information

• Attendance
• Being prompt and on time for scheduled shifts.

What You’ll Need:

• 3-5 years of experience in credit analysis and or sales administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated success working in cross-functional teams
• Effective communication skills- written and verbal
• Problem Solving and Decision-Making skills
• Experience in JDE ERP system a plus
• Experience with Shopify fulfillment and software a plus.
• Experience with International Shipping Documentation preferred
• Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
• Hiring rates may be dependent on several factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location, or special skills
