Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, well-connected, and self-motivated sales representative to help grow our spray foam insulation business in the Western Massachusetts and Hudson Valley regions. This is a commission-only role best suited for individuals who are already active in the construction or home services industry and looking to expand their offerings. Our ideal candidate is someone who understands the value of long-term relationships, can recognize high-quality insulation needs, and is skilled at connecting clients with professional solutions. This role is not about chasing cold leads—it’s about leveraging trust and reputation to bring value to both the customer and the business.

Responsibilities:

Generate new spray foam insulation business through existing industry relationships Educate clients and contractors on our offerings and service quality Coordinate with our team to schedule estimates and job execution Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity

Compensation:

Commission-based structure 5% to 10% per closed job, depending on level of involvement Typical job size ranges from $4,000 to $25,000+ Support provided for fulfillment, scheduling, and estimates when needed

Qualifications:

Existing network within construction, roofing, HVAC, real estate, or related fields Proven track record in sales or business development Strong communication and follow-through skills Reliable transportation and availability to meet locally if needed Alignment with high-integrity business practices
