Full-Time | On-Site | Local Travel Required Express Employment Professionals in Poughkeepsie, NY is hiring a motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to help grow our local staffing and recruiting business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, takes initiative, and is passionate about helping businesses solve workforce challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads to develop new business opportunities Conduct face-to-face sales visits with decision-makers across various industries Present customized staffing solutions to business owners and hiring managers Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up Work closely with recruiters and internal teams to fulfill client needs Maintain records of all sales activities and regularly update
CRM Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (staffing industry experience is a plus) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Results-driven and self-motivated with strong organizational skills Comfortable making cold calls and in-person visits Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
