This role is perfect for competitive sales professionals who thrive on relationship-building, identifying pain points, and delivering tailored solutions that generate results. This is a performance-based opportunity with a competitive base salary and a highly lucrative, uncapped commission structure. Top performers can expect to earn well into six figures. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through in-person visits, referrals, networking, and outbound efforts
- Conduct discovery meetings and needs assessments with key decision-makers
- Deliver engaging presentations and customized proposals based on client challenges
- Close deals and seamlessly transition new accounts to the onboarding team
- Attend local business events, chamber meetings, and networking functions
- Track sales activity in CRM and report progress against goals
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and service teams to ensure client success Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience (IT, telecom, SaaS, or agency services preferred)
- Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle and exceed quotas
- Strong prospecting, cold calling, and field sales skills
- Clear, persuasive communication and presentation abilities
- Entrepreneurial drive with a high level of accountability
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits
