This role is perfect for competitive sales professionals who thrive on relationship-building, identifying pain points, and delivering tailored solutions that generate results. This is a performance-based opportunity with a competitive base salary and a highly lucrative, uncapped commission structure. Top performers can expect to earn well into six figures. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through in-person visits, referrals, networking, and outbound efforts
  • Conduct discovery meetings and needs assessments with key decision-makers
  • Deliver engaging presentations and customized proposals based on client challenges
  • Close deals and seamlessly transition new accounts to the onboarding team
  • Attend local business events, chamber meetings, and networking functions
  • Track sales activity in CRM and report progress against goals
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and service teams to ensure client success Qualifications
  • 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience (IT, telecom, SaaS, or agency services preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle and exceed quotas
  • Strong prospecting, cold calling, and field sales skills
  • Clear, persuasive communication and presentation abilities
  • Entrepreneurial drive with a high level of accountability
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits

4 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday No nights No weekends
