We’re looking for a forward-thinking, self-motivated New Home Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team.

What You’ll Do:

Engage with prospective homebuyers and guide them through the sales process Deliver a high-level customer experience by building rapport and trust Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with leads and customers Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless home buying journey

A self-starter with a drive to succeed Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to follow-up Passion for helping people make one of the most important decisions of their lives Ability to work weekends and accommodate buyers’ schedules Willingness to learn and grow within the industry Weekend Availability – Our Buyers shop on the weekends.
