The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. The position offered is full-time, part-time applicants will not be considered. Starting salary is $18/hr. Responsibilities and Duties Greeting and welcoming customers; Taking and processing orders in-person, over the phone and through email communications; Monitoring, organizing and forwarding emails; Answering general phone line and readdressing phone calls to the appropriate departments; Answering questions and addressing customer’s complaints; Maintaining records and files; Taking up other duties as assigned (scheduling, organizing etc.).
