The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to customer service and a passion for achieving sales targets. Must have worked as a in house sales rep in the past in one of the following companies. Verizon, Spectrum, Optimum, AT&T, Comcast. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and contribute to a positive team environment. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system. • Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Excellent communication skills,, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
