Summary of Responsibilities:
Close sales leads from customers who have inquired about business loans. Develop strong rapport with customers and drive appropriate conversions. Quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, even under stressful situations. Multi-task between speaking and data entry. Learn our product suite quickly. Demonstrate strong product knowledge.
Required Experience:
1+ years of experience and success in sales and building rapport. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external clients. Ability to close deals and upsell loans. Ability to work independently while focusing on goals and meeting deadlines. Strong phone presence. Preferably looking for candidates who have worked at other business loan or MCA companies.
