Private Events & Sales Manager (Tripleseat Specialist) 1.5 1.5 out of 5 stars Brooklyn, NY 11249 • Hybrid work Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Private Events & Sales Manager with deep Tripleseat experience to lead our private dining and events revenue strategy. This individual will be responsible for managing all incoming event inquiries, proactively selling private experiences, and ensuring seamless execution from lead to event close. The ideal candidate is a skilled closer with a passion for hospitality, strong CRM discipline, and an ability to drive revenue through personalized client engagement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Management Manage all incoming leads via Tripleseat and ensure timely follow-up (within 24 hours) Actively pursue outbound sales opportunities, including local partnerships and client outreach Upsell event packages with food, beverage, and experience enhancements Customize proposals, contracts, and invoices to align with client needs and Kokomo’s offerings Tripleseat Platform Mastery Build and maintain accurate contracts, floor plans, and internal notes Develop custom templates for emails, proposals, and packages to streamline booking Generate and analyze reports on conversion rates, lead sources, and event revenue Event Execution Coordination Work with BOH and FOH teams to ensure seamless internal communication and planning Conduct pre-event meetings and walkthroughs for large-scale events Serve as on-site point of contact for major events to ensure high guest satisfaction Revenue Optimization Track and exceed monthly/quarterly event revenue goals Innovate and implement new themed event packages (e.g., holiday brunches, cocktail soirees) Identify and pursue opportunities to increase booking volume and per-event spend Qualifications 2+ years of hospitality/event sales experience, preferably in a restaurant or venue setting Proven expertise using Tripleseat or similar event CRM platforms (required) Exceptional communication and organizational skills Strong follow-up and closing skills with a client-first mindset Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Must be self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented

$30,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
