Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management. Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential customers. Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce and other CRM tools. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Skills Proficiency in Salesforce for managing leads and tracking sales performance. Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships. Experience in conducting product demos that effectively communicate value propositions. Ability to generate leads through innovative strategies and networking efforts. Knowledge of technical sales processes and the ability to convey complex information clearly. Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
