As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our therapy laser portfolio and enhance healthcare professionals’ capabilities throughout the North American market.
Position Description:
As a Customer Success Representative, you will be the frontline liaison between the company and its customer base. This role’s primary responsibility is to foster strong customer relationships, drive the adoption of ESPP warranties, and present new revenue opportunities through ancillary product and service offerings. This role demonstrates a high level of knowledge and understanding of our device and product portfolio to ensure customer awareness, optimization, and utilization.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Customer engagement and support
- Drive ESPP warranty adoption into the existing CE customer base
- Educate and present opportunities to the existing CE customer base Specific Responsibilities of the
Job:
Customer Engagement
- Proactively support customers in an efficient and accurate manner via calls and digital communication
- Meet regularly with CE customers and provide a high level of customer service to ensure proper awareness and utilization of the CE product portfolio and resources available
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, gathering feedback and insights to inform internal teams
- Assist with any customer complaints or escalate to someone who can help.
- Maintain and update CRM records with customer interactions and status updates Drive ESPP warranty adoption into the existing CE customer base
- Educate customers on the benefits and value of the ESPP program
- Exhibit tenacious follow-up and follow-through to chase down decision makers
- Identify opportunities and close warranty contracts within the install base
- Participate and drive programs addressing the three buckets of ESPP business
- On occasion, when an ESPP might not make sense, introduce alternative opportunities Educate and Present opportunities to existing CE customer base
- Through proactive engagement, assess customer environments to identify opportunities
- Introduce CE’s portfolio of products/services including but not limited to: Upgraded technology, Ancillary Products, Ancillary Services
- Support Regional Sales Managers and Corporate Leadership Position Qualifications
- Excellent in organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Able to effectively work with short lead times and deadlines
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and retention goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Required personal attributes include: sales-oriented mindset, resourcefulness, critical thinking, technology skills including troubleshooting, ability to self-evaluate and self-motivate, dependability and reliability, high work ethic, intrinsically motivated, highly adaptable, continuous improvement mindset Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2 years of experience in medical device environment, account management, or inside sales
Preferred:
familiarity with ESPP or warranty programs
Compensation:
Base Salary:
Up to $50k per year based on experience
Incentive Compensation:
$25k annually
- On target earnings: $75k+ annually Physical Demands This is a largely sedentary role that operates in a clerical, office setting.
