Life Might Include:
Meeting with key regional customer decision makers to identify QE conversion opportunities Grow and develop the territory with sales to justify additional sales representatives and promotion to Regional Sales Manager. Reporting to sales leadership on a market opportunity, contractor influencers and conversion status. Identify and document product gaps hindering distributor conversions and work with QE team to add SKU’s. Set up customer activities with key contractors to create memorable experiences. Your Key Responsibilities:
Market Opportunity, Strategy and Growth Analyze the market opportunity including size, growth potential, key customers, product gaps. Prioritize customer opportunities, document challenges and work with QE team to overcome. Understand and document competition, pricing, products, key decision makers to share with QE team. Grow territory in siding, accessories and other specialty products through distributor conversions. Own Relationships with Decision Makers Identify, meet and build relationships with key decision makers
- contractors and distributors.
Create customer experiences designed to strengthen relationships and build loyalty to QE. Drive decision makers to commitment, conversion and integration of QE into their organizations. Lead Regional Sales Team Hire, train and develop regional sales team using the QE sales onboarding training and sales process. Conduct role playing, customer strategy sessions and FAQ’s to develop sales team’s skills and abilities. Manage and ensure completion of any meeting, documentation or questions from QE leadership team. Know and understand tools available for measuring, tracking and identifying risks using sales data. Sales Process Expertise Know, understand and enhance the QE sales process to create contractor relationships to convert distribution. Provide feedback to QE sales leadership team on opportunities to improve sales process. Train new hires and ensure thorough understand of utilizing sales process to achieve QE conversions. Work with QE marketing team on regional or customer-specific marketing support, events, advertising. Other Key Functions Quarterly market reviews, updates, challenges and gaps to QE leadership team. Plan and lead regional meetings with team to develop skills, discuss strategy, team building. Share updates on regional competitors, new products and trends to QE team. Travel to key markets within the region, day trips with territory reps, key distributor and contractor meetings. Are You?: Customer Driven

Experience We’re Looking for
Includes:
Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, business, or related field is preferred. 4
- 5 years of regional or territory sales experience and sales leadership. If you have experience in building products or the building industry
- that’s a plus. Salary includes base pay plus commission on regional growth. We offer an employment package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. We also have a 401k with 100% match on 3% and 50% match up to 6%. Travel approximately 30
- 40%.
