In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, showcase our vehicle inventory, and guide them through the purchasing process. Your ability to build relationships and close deals will be key to your success in this position. Duties Engage with potential customers through cold calling and in-person interactions to generate leads and drive sales. Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track customer interactions and follow-ups. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive buying experience. Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to customer preferences. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for inventory control and effective merchandising of vehicles. Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, dealership promotions, and competitive offerings. Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the dealership. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship building. Familiarity with sales management software and tools to track performance metrics. Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively and prioritize tasks. Knowledge of inventory control processes within a dealership setting. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage diverse clientele.
