Inside Sales Representative 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars New Hyde Park, NY 11042 The LCF Group, Inc. is an established MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) direct funder located in New Hyde Park. Since 2011, we have been providing funding to small businesses by purchasing future receivables, which are repaid via ACH debits or a percentage of their credit card sales. This is a fast paced, high pressure position in a highly competitive industry. We are looking for an ambitious Inside Sales Representative .

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM We’re seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to drive business growth by connecting merchants with our seamless funding solutions. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, guiding merchants from initial contact through funding while expertly managing your pipeline and closing deals with confidence! Inside Sales Representative Job Responsibilities include but not limited to: Proactively initiating outbound contact to potential merchants interested in fast, hassle-free working capital. Manage and nurture an active Salesforce pipeline while growing a book of business. Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants throughout the underwriting and funding process. Negotiate funding terms aligned with merchant needs and company guidelines. Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance goals through strategic outreach and relationship building.
Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. 2+ years inside sales experience, ideally in MCA, direct lending, financial services, or SaaS. Prior experience working for or selling on behalf of a direct lender is a strong plus. Proven ability to overcome objections and close deals effectively. CRM proficiency required, Salesforce preferred. Strong financial understanding of MCA structures, holdbacks, and repayment terms. Excellent communication, rapport-building, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and results-driven with strong attention to detail. Spanish speaking a plus The LCF Group, Inc.
