We’re looking for hungry, phone-savvy sales reps to join our team. This is a straight-commission role — no base salary. You eat what you kill. Your job is to get on the phones, qualify business owners, and pass solid leads to our closers. We’ll give you the training, the script, and the tools — you bring the hustle.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Hammer the phones — outbound calls daily Follow a proven script to qualify leads Transfer hot leads to senior reps or book appointments Stay on top of follow-ups and callbacks Track your pipeline in the CRM Hit your numbers — no excuses

What We’re Looking For:

Strong voice and confident on the phone Self-motivated, money-driven, and reliable Coachable with a thick skin (you’ll hear “no” a lot) No prior experience required — just hustle Must be able to show up and lock in daily
