Responsibilities:

What You Will Contribute at Worldpac Achieves assigned performance goals and objectives by overseeing a finite number of active customers as defined by leadership. Develops new leads and maximizes current customer potential by utilizing all available resources, including referrals, data mining tools, developing and leveraging relationships, and expanding current knowledge of new product and market developments. Documents all relevant account activity in the CRM tool or other appropriate areas. Represents the organization professionally and in accordance with the code of conduct and ethics. Maintains a positive working relationship with territory development managers, branch operations leadership team, customer support, and other internal departments. Prepares a yearly budget for assigned customer base, including new customer development based on market potential.

Qualifications:
What You Should Have Education :

High school diploma or GED equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Must-Have Skills:

1-3 years of automative/parts, or related, experience. At least 1 year of telemarketing or customer service experience Willing to travel occasionally. Able to read, write and speak English fluently. Eligible to work in the United States. Comfortable with all aspects of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Extremely organized and demonstrates the ability to prioritize effectively. Willingness to continue to evolve and develop personal skills to meet the changing environment. Demonstrates a positive attitude and a strong attention to detail. Self-starter who takes initiative, stays motivated without constant supervision, and consistently drives results in a fast-paced sales environment. Nice-to-Have Skills (but not required): Bilingual skills and familiarity with order processing and computer catalogs

Knowledge of Salesforce CRM Physical/Work Environment Expectations:

Be required to sit, talk, and listen regularly. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Pay Range:

USD $47,800.00 – USD $71,700.00 /Yr.
