Safavieh is looking for a proactive, personable, highly motivated, and organized Sales Administrator. Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team by submitting new products to various accounts, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate records of product information. Manage databases of product information and pricing, ensuring they are up-to-date and readily accessible to the sales team. Correspond with clients and internal colleagues to address inquiries and resolve account-related issues. Interact with clients professionally, representing the company in a service-oriented manner to foster positive relationships. Organize sales-related emails and distribute them to the appropriate team members, ensuring all information is current and correctly routed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree 1-2 years experience in a similar role preferred Strong analytical skills, with an ability to compare various data sets and draw valuable and actionable insights Proficient in Microsoft Word. Excel and Outlook Possess strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented Ability to multi-task and follow instructions, under deadlines Capability to work as part of a team and independently on own initiative

Compensation:

$25.00/ hour + commission Benefits – 401k (with 2% match), medical, vision, dental, paid holiday, vacation and sick time Company shuttle service available to transport commuters to/from the Port Washington LIRR station Employee Discount Employees can also take advantage of casual dress code, free parking, corporate discounts, fruits every day and bagels every other morning.
