What We’re Looking For:
People-first mindset
- You genuinely enjoy connecting with customers and making them feel valued. Sales expertise
- 2-3 years of sales experience (bonus points for experience in furniture, home styling, or health products ). Customer service skills
- You know how to build relationships and communicate effectively. Weekend availability
- Flexibility to work weekends is required, but we offer schedules that work for you.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales
- Close sales, process orders, and ensure smooth transactions. Understand customer needs
- Build rapport, assess needs, and provide tailored solutions. Ensure stock availability
- Monitor inventory and manage stock levels efficiently. Maintain a welcoming showroom
- Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting. Lead marketing efforts
- Contribute to sales strategies and market positioning. Analyze & forecast trends
- Use data insights to stay ahead of market trends.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
$75,000
- $95,000 per year, plus commissions
Schedule:
Full-time, 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday and weekends required
