Job Summary:
  • Identify projects throughout NY and New Jersey.
  • Email, cold-call, and pursue clients throughout NY and New Jersey.
  • Residence in NYC is strongly preferred.
  • Applicants must have a clean, valid driver’s license and own an automobile.
  • Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and stay up to date with new programs.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, Real Estate, and energy efficiency technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Develop a mastery of various incentive programs, including but not limited to the NYS Clean Heat Program and the ConEdison MFEEP.
  • Knowledge about the clean energy sector is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with an array of clients and conducting site visits throughout Long Island, NYC and New Jersey.
