We are looking for highly driven, social, and persuasive Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who are passionate about sales, relationship-building, and using social media to engage potential clients. This role is ideal for self-starters who enjoy cold calling, networking, and closing deals . If you have a strong online presence, love connecting with people, and have relationships with accountants and bookkeepers, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Growth:

Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, and social media. Build and maintain strong relationships with accountants and bookkeepers to generate referrals. Identify client needs and effectively present our solutions to close deals.

Social Media & Lead Generation:

Use social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to engage with potential clients. Create and share valuable sales-focused content to attract leads. Leverage your personal brand to increase credibility and trust in the industry.

Client Outreach & Relationship Management:

Follow up with leads, answer inquiries, and nurture client relationships. Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track progress using CRM tools. Work collaboratively with the sales team to optimize strategies and drive conversions.
