Duties Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and provide information about products and services. Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating empathy and professionalism. Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment. Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and customer service skills. Requirements Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. A positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for helping others.
